This is a team of organizers and coordinators. They are the go-to’s for any event we are hosting; from conferences to outreaches to our summer Garden Parties, this group mobilizes to effectively make it happen!

Cafe Team - Lupe Gallegos

The cafe team ensures that we have a good atmosphere, good coffee, and good eats before and after our gatherings. This team is for those who like to serve and host.

Worship Band - Josiah and Crystal Bender

This team is comprised of musically talented peeps who help lead us into worship during our gatherings.  It also includes all sound and lighting technicians and media presentations.

Ushers/Security Team - Marlin Bender

This team makes sure nothing falls through the cracks during our gathering times; they ensure security during our gatherings, as well as doing whatever needs to be done.

Welcome Team - Charlotte Bender

This team helps welcome visitors and those looking in. From greeting at the door during our Sunday gatherings, to help follow up with people via email, phone, and mail, to organizing our Visitor Connect Lunches.

Outreach Team - Josiah Bender

The Outreach Team is mobilized whenever we have outreach opportunities into the community; whether organized or organic; whether at one of our events or someone else’s event, this team is passionate about reaching out into the community.

Teens Ministry - 

A team that leads and teaches the Jr. High and High School aged youth within Radiance Church.

Interpreting Team - Luis Quezada

Provides live Spanish interpretation for our gatherings.  Members of this team need to be fluent in Spanish, with the ability to do real-time translation from English to Spanish.

Children’s Ministry - Steve and Rubi Cox

A team helping lead and teach our children, toddlers to elementary school, primarily in the Sunday gathering classes.

Prayer Chain Team - 

A team of intercessors who are committed to pray; pray for the needs within the church, needs around the world, and for the future of our local church.

Creative Team - Crystal Bender

This team is full of creativity and ideas.  From taking care of graphics and images to creative ideas for special times such as Father's Day and Mother's Day.

Women’s Ministry - Charlotte Bender

Organizing and leading women’s ministry events; such as the Women’s IF Conference and IF Tables, as well as any other time dedicated to ministering to the women at Radiance.

Organizing and leading the men’s ministry events; such as men’s breakfast, camping trips, barbecues, etc.
